Account Health

The tool Koko uses to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a profile. You answer 17 questions on a 1-7 scale (from strongly disagree to strongly agree), add up the points, and use the scoring key to see where the account stands.

What's inside

  • 5 assessment blocks · Content quality, relevance, consistency, production, and account positioning.
  • 17 objective questions · Image resolution, analysis of top posts, testing of times and formats, hashtag strategy, bio, signature visual, aligned links.
  • 1-7 scale · From "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree," with 4 as neutral. No vague middle ground.
  • Scoring key with 4 tiers · 102-119 excellent · 68-101 good with room to improve · 34-67 lots of improvement needed · under 34 a full rebuild.
  • Can be done as a team · Each team member fills their own sheet, then compares scores. Reveals where the team agrees and where perceptions diverge.
  • Academic foundation · Adapted from The Brand Report Card (Kevin Lane Keller, Harvard Business Review, 2000).
