Technology that
solves, not impresses.

We build CRMs, dashboards, chatbots and automations that take friction out of sales and marketing. Technology here is born from the problem, not the trend.

AI applied, not sold. Agents, integrations and web platforms that solve real business problems. Not a sales deck.

Off-the-shelf tools don't solve real problems.

Most of the CRMs, dashboards and chatbots companies hire solve 70% of the use case. The missing 30% is exactly what moves the needle. Here we build the missing piece.

Partially filled CRM

Sales hates filling it in. Fields stay blank. Reports become guesswork. The real data only lives in the senior BDR's head.

Fragmented dashboards

Meta, Google, Salesforce and Pipedrive each with a different number for the same sale. Nobody trusts anything.

Chatbot that annoys the customer

Button menu that never resolves. Customer leaves frustrated, agent gets the case with zero context. Worse than not having it.

Automation that breaks every week

Zapier with 47 steps that falls apart with any API change. Fragile engineering dressed up as no-code.

How we build technology.

Every project starts with framing the problem. Then we decide: buy off-the-shelf, integrate existing systems or build custom. The answer isn't always to develop.

01

Discovery and mapping

Interviews with operational teams (sales, marketing, support). Map of existing systems and friction points.

02

Make/buy/integrate decision

Sometimes the answer is HubSpot with configuration. Sometimes it's integrating 3 tools. Sometimes it's building. We decide together.

03

Architecture

Stack chosen with a 24 to 36 month vision. Documentation, ADRs, diagrams. We don't build black boxes.

04

Agile development

2-week sprints with demos. The client follows the kanban in real time. Incremental delivery to production.

05

AI where it makes sense

LLMs for transcription, triage, assisted generation, support. Never in the core of a decision without guardrails.

06

Operation and evolution

24/7 monitoring, defined SLA, continuous roadmap. Support for when something breaks. And something always breaks.

Practical deliverables.

  • Custom CRMs · like mCRM (our internal product) or deep customization in HubSpot and Pipedrive
  • Unified dashboards · Looker, Metabase or Supabase Studio with data from Meta, Google, CRM and ERP
  • Chatbots and AI agents · WhatsApp, website, in-app. LLM, RAG, guardrails and human handoff
  • Corporate automations · n8n, Make, dedicated scripts. Robust workflows, not fragile ones
  • API integrations · Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, WhatsApp Cloud API, ERPs, gateways
  • Custom web platforms · Next.js with Supabase or your team's stack
  • MLops and corporate GenAI · private RAG, fine-tuning, guardrails, audit logs
  • Architecture and ADRs · technical documentation that survives a vendor change

Makes sense if you…

  • Has a clear operational problem (tracking, dashboard, integration, chatbot)
  • Operates with maturity and it's worth automating or customizing
  • Accepts a project with discovery before closing scope and budget
  • Wants custom-built solutions or deep integration, not adapted templates
  • Has an internal team (or partner) to operate and evolve afterward

Not for you if…

  • Is looking for an "off-the-shelf chatbot" or "free CRM" to use on Thursday
  • Wants an MVP in 2 weeks with AI to impress during a pitch
  • Is after the cheapest option with no focus on architecture or maintainability
  • Has no budget for operation or maintenance after delivery
  • Expects "AI to solve it alone" without investing in data and process

Questions that usually come up.

What kind of company is a good fit?

A company with a mature operation, already feeling the cost of manual processes, fragmented systems or improvised data teams. We serve SaaS, education, pharma, events and retail. For those still validating an MVP, off-the-shelf tools work better.

Do you do one-off projects or retainers?

Both. One-off for MVP, specific integration or technical audit. Retainer (dedicated squad) for continuous platform evolution. The client picks based on stage.

Do you do "real" AI or just a ChatGPT wrapper?

Both, honestly. 90% of corporate cases today are a well-built wrapper over an LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic). And that already delivers huge ROI when the surrounding engineering is good (RAG, guardrails, logs). Fine-tuning and proprietary models we only recommend when the use case justifies the investment.

What about privacy / compliance?

Sensitive data stays in the required region when regulation demands it. We work with Supabase regional, OpenAI and Anthropic with BAA/DPA signed, audit logs and retention policies. We have clients in pharma and education. Compliance is not optional.

Do you integrate with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce?

Yes. All of them. Also WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta Ads, Google Ads, ERPs (NetSuite, SAP when needed), gateways (Stripe, Shopify, PayPal).

Do you keep the code or do I inherit it?

The code is yours. Repository in the client company's GitHub, docs, ADRs. If you want to take it to another vendor tomorrow, you can. We don't do vendor lock-in. No royalties, no black boxes.

Is the gap between marketing and product costing you?

The first conversation is a 45-minute discovery to map where technology becomes a revenue lever.
